1

Draw a line for scaling

After tooth extraction and cleaning the tooth with Hydrogen Peroxid, draw a 1cm line on the tooth, which helps with scaling.

2

Take photos of the tooth 360 degrees

Within the r3Dent app, take about 30-50 photos from all sides of the tooth and in different angles. The more photos the better the 3D scan.

Upload the photos to the cloud

After taking enough photos, upload the photos to the r3DPhoto cloud, where the algorithm turns the photos into a 3D model.

Get an accurate 3D Scan of the extracted tooth

The processing takes around 10-15 minutes. The r3DPhoto app notifies you when the 3D model is ready. Open the app and view the 3D Scan of the tooth. Within the app you can upload the 3D model to the r3Dent web app.
