1

Fill the tray with the Bio UV Resin

Pour in the Bio UV Resin. Make sure to add enough material for the 3D Print. Be aware of the max fill line.

2

Connect the USB to the 3D Printer

On the right side of the printer there is a USB socket for the USB stick supplied.

3

Select the file to start the 3D printing process

The file to be printed can now be selected via the touchpad on the printer. After selection, printing can be started by pressing the arrow key.

4

Remove the build plate after 3D printing finished

The metal foot can be removed from the printer together with the 3D printed object. All you have to do is loosen the screw a little and the build plate slides out.

5

Remove the 3D Print from the build plate

Use the spatula to remove the printed object from the metal build plate.

6

Wash the 3D Print with the Wash & Cure Station

The 3D printed implant can now be lowered into the alcohol tub in the metal basket. Using the control dial on the front of the Wash & Cure station, you can set the time to 6 minutes for which the 3D print is to be washed. The yellow lid must be placed on the station for each step.

7

Cure the 3D print with UV-Light

After the wash, the Wash & Cure station can be converted for curing. For this purpose, the container is removed and  the turntable is inserted. The 3D printed object can now be placed on the turntable. With the help of the wheel on the front of the Wash & Cure station, the time for curing can be set to 6 minutes. The yellow lid must be closed before curing.

8

The 3D printed implant is ready for insertion

After curing under UV light, the 3D printed implant can be removed and is ready for insertion. Supports that were needed for the print can now be removed, by simply snapping them off. Possible sharp edges can be smoothed with sandpaper.
